How do I request a print catalog


Our catalog is available for download PDF here, it can be viewed,printed and/or downloaded 24/7. To be placed on our catalog mailing list, please submit your postal information via email quinnrecordstm@gmail.com.




What is your return policy on items bought at shows/festivals?


We only accept damaged or defective item(s) purchased from our artists at shows or festivals in return for the same item(s) in proper condition. See our return policy for more information.




I want to buy Quinn Records TM music in stores. Where can I find it?


All Quinn Records TM titles are distributed by CDB/Alliance distribution and should be available at your local music store. If the store do not stock the Quinn Records TM title you seek, we suggest that you ask your local store to order it. Or you can order the title through our online store, we offer same-day Shipping when ever you order by 2:00PM., Mon-Fri., we offer a 20% discount off list price and Free shipping on all orders of $25.00 or more.




I am a member of the press/ media; how do I get music and information?

I am a disc jockey/broadcaster/club disc jockey; how do I get music and information?


In our attempt to stay on top of todays changes in the music industry our Radio Servicing program now offer our releases in two formats CD and Digital so we created a Radio Sign Up Form that will allow the Radio/Music professional to select the format that they prefer to receive from us. We are in hopes that this will greatly improve our working relationship with Radio Professionals. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN


You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by
Quinn Records TM within 30 days of receipt of item.
To make a return, e-mail quinnrecordstm@gmail.com
with your order number and items you would like to return.
We e-mail you back with the Return Authorization Number along
with instructions. Items returned to our warehouse without
a Return Authorization Number will be refused.




NO RESTOCKING FEE


Cut-outs, promos, Full-Length LPs', breached cd's,
special order products, record club are one way
and altered garments are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused
and in the same condition that you recieved it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the reciept or proof of purchase.




REFUNDS


Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will
immediately notify you on the status of your refund
after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to
your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,
depending on your card issuer's policies.





Shipping Policy

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-
refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.




HANDLING


Handling charges are non-refundable.
Claims must be made within 30 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process credits.

What happens when inventory is unavailable


Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching
Send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock
Cancel and refund out of stock items and ship remaining items in order




General


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock
counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock
discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at
time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available
products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to
await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for
us to process a refund.




Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight,
dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

Do you pre-pay duties and taxes for shipments to international destinations?


No, the customer will need to settle fees when arriving in the destination country
Yes, pre-paid are included in the price of the order
Yes, customer can choose whether they want to pre-pay taxes

Transit Time Domestically


In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days




Transit time Internationally


Varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.




Change Of Delivery Address


For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.




P.O. Box Shipping (U.S. Only)


Quinn Records TM will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer this service using courier service




Military Address Shipping


We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier service
